The Heart, Hands, and Experience Behind Dr. Becky Cares

Dr. Becky Cares is built on one guiding belief: every family deserves care that sees the whole picture — structural, nutritional, emotional, and developmental. For more than 25 years, Dr. Rebecca (Becky) Kleckner has devoted her work to understanding the body in a way that blends science, intuition, and deep experience across all ages and stages of life.

A 2004 graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic, Dr. Becky has extensive training in nutritional therapy, childhood immunity, herbal supplementation, homeopathy, and neurodevelopment. Her approach is effective, intentional, and tailored to the person in front of her — whether that’s a newborn, a growing child, a pregnant mother, or an adult navigating the demands of everyday life.

She is certified in the Webster Technique, a prenatal protocol designed to support pelvic balance and ligament tension during pregnancy. This work helps create space for baby’s neurodevelopment and supports optimal positioning for birth. It’s one of the many reasons Dr. Becky has a special place in her heart for pregnancy, postpartum, and labor support — seasons of life she understands both professionally and personally.

Her passion for pediatric care grew from her own motherhood journey. After surviving postpartum depression with her first child, she committed herself to learning everything she could about the prenatal, neonatal, and postpartum phases. This led to her post‑doctorate studies in child neurodevelopment, shaping the way she supports infants, toddlers, and growing children today.

Dr. Becky also has a deep connection to neurodiverse children — those who experience the world through unique sensory, behavioral, or developmental patterns. She approaches their care with patience, respect, and a keen understanding of how their nervous systems communicate through the body. Families often share that their children feel seen, understood, and comfortable with her in ways they don’t experience elsewhere.

A Phoenix native, she once left the desert with no intention of returning — but life had other plans. She came back to the Valley to raise her family, welcoming three children born at home long before social media existed. Her fourth child, a stillborn son, left this world in 2013 and remains a quiet part of her story and her compassion for mothers navigating pregnancy, birth, and loss.

Today, her children are 15, 17, and 19, and her life outside the office is filled with the things she loves most: Mexico and South America, cooking, houseplants, Latin dancing, and kayaking.

Her mission is simple and unwavering: to provide opportunities for all families to thrive — structurally, nutritionally, emotionally, and holistically.
